The Challenge
Back office staff need a web interface that they will spend hours on while the users in the field will only ever interact with the application from their truck on their phones. Making the design and implementation simple and sophisticated takes time and energy to get right.
The Solution
The solution came through keeping the main the the main thing. Features are dynamic where they matter but are focused on the 80% of what is needed without getting lost in un-needed features that bloat the UI and the head space of the users.
